Love Me Like I’m Not Made of Stone

Love Me Like I’m Not Made of Stone is the next short film that I am working on. It is a bloody love story playing out at night in the grungiest parts of Malmö to the soundtrack of Lykke Li. It follows a desperate vampire seeking someone - anyone - strong enough to withstand the transformation so that she does not have to spend eternity alone. Night after night she goes out, like so many other singles, looking for that one person that her monstrousness won’t simply kill.

It takes inspiration from films such as Only Lovers Left Alive and Bones and All. I am teaming up again with DoP Camilla Topuntoli to create a visually striking film that will add something new to the vampire genre.
